"HELP PLZ!" or "URGENT" and blank subject lines are not indicative of what the problem is, and could be prioritized incorrectly. Here are some good examples for your reference:

  • Blackberry battery draining too fast

All tickets are prioritized according to the perceived severity of the issue, and responded to as soon as possible.
