- Go to the web portal link https://login.xmedius.ca/diabetes
- Click on the Forgot Password Link and enter your work email address
- Wait for the password reset email to arrive and click the link in the email to set up your password
- Enter the password and re-type the password and click the Update button
- Click OK on the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up
- Next, you will need to set up two-factor authentication on your mobile phone. You can use Google or Microsoft Authenticator.
If you don't have these, you can download it from the Apple or Google App Store. Just search for Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. It is a free download.
- Open the Microsoft or Google Authenticator app on your phone
- Add "Other" account and scan the barcode being displayed on the screen
- Continue setting up the Two-factor Authentication by retyping your password in step 2 and entering the 6-digit code from the Authenticator app in step 4
