1. Complete the Event Registration Form


Preview the event registration form.


We will create the registration link based on the form information. 

This will generate the D-Hub event (based on event name). Please allow 5 business days to process. Once the event is in D-Hub you can submit a request for an appeal code.

For clarification, reach out to Injela or Nara.

4. Submit an event listing request (event page on diabetes.ca)

  • Ideally to submit after the event registration link is ready, but can submit before. Please make a note that the registration link is being created and will be provided at a later time.

Which process should I follow in Step 1?

For clarification, you can reach out to Injela and Nara regarding the requirements of your event. Please provide details so we can direct you to the correct registration set up process.


What if I need to update the content or date of my registration(s) link?

You can reopen the corresponding ticket related to the registration found in Freshservice > tickets or email [email protected] with the following:

  • Subject: Changes to D-Hub registration link
  • Include the registration link(s)
  • Note your changes

What if I need to update the event listing (webpage on diabetes.ca)?

Kindly submit a website content change request.


What is the difference between Marketing vs. Reminders/Meeting details?

  • Marketing email request: Emails constituents to register for the event
  • Reminder emails request:  Emails registrants who have signed up for the event


Who do I request for a URL for my poster?

The URL will be available once the request for Event listing is completed.  You may also find it in Diabetes.ca website under local programs and events. If you have trouble finding the URL, email [email protected] 


What does the D-Hub event URL mean in event request form?

That URL is referring to D-Hub event URL.
