How to enable the Out of Office notification from your iPhone


  1. Open Settings then scroll down to "Accounts & Passwords."
  2. Select the Exchange e-mail account.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Automatic Reply."
  4. Turn Automatic Reply on.

Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Automatic Reply." and tap it

Type your message, if you want to send the Out of Office for external contacts as well, turn it on at the bottoms
