Adding Office 365 email account on iPhone
*note, there are two methods available. Using the iPhone built in Mail app, or downloading the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store. Using the Microsoft app will allow separation of personal and business email.
Native phone app:

Go to Settings

Go to Mail
-
Go to Accounts
-
Select Add Account
-
Select Exchange
-
Enter Email Address…your
email address

Enter a Description…i.e.
Work Email
-
Tap Next…(top
right corner)

Enter Password…your
network pw (the one you use to log into your computer)

Tap Next…(top
right corner)
-
Select elements of the account you wish to sync (mail,
contacts, etc)

Tap Save…(top
right corner)

Launch native Mail
app
You should now see the email account in your list of mailboxes.
Outlook app:

Download Microsoft Outlook
app from the App Store

Launch Outlook app
-
Select Get Started
-
Enter Email Address…your
email address

Select Add Account
-
Enter Password
(your network password, used to log into your computer)

Select Sign In
-
Select Maybe Later (unless
you want to add another account)

You can scroll through the information pages or press Skip
· You may be prompted to enable notifications, this is your decision.
· You should now see your email, calendar, files and people in your Outlook app.
