If you are having difficulty locating a subsite/document library, follow these steps.

1. Go to your main department site in banter.

2. Click Settings > select Site Contents.


3. Scroll down until you see two tabs called: Content and Subsites. This is where you’ll find your content.

4. If you cannot find the Document library under Contents, click Subsites. You will then see a list of your department’s subsites. Note that not all departments have subsites.

5. Click a subsite.


6. Click Settings > select Site Contents.

7. Under Contents, check the document libraries. If the documents you are searching for aren’t there, click Subsites.

8. Repeat steps until you locate the document library and files.

9. Bookmark the page/URL.
