Sign-in Options

· You may associate your network logon account with a Picture Password

· You may associate your network logon account with a PIN

 

Microsoft Account

· You may sign up for a free Microsoft Account using your diabetes.ca or diabetesclothesline.ca email address.

 

Windows Store

· If you sing in to Windows Store use your diabetes.ca or diabetesclothesline.ca email address.

· Do not use it for personal app purchases and if you setup payment options associate your CDA/NDT corporate Visa with it.

· Please check with Service Desk before installing any third party software or app.

 

Find My Device

· Only enable it if you have a Microsoft account associated with your diabetes.ca or diabetesclothesline.ca email address.

 

Your email and accounts

· Only add personal accounts (email, Facebook, etc.) if you do not mind CDA/NDT having access to it.

 

Windows Updates

· Apply and install what is suggested. If you are not sure please contact Service Desk by email at support@diabetes.ca or call 416-408-7133.

 

If you use One Drive, Box or Dropbox file sharing, use your diabetes.ca or diabetesclothesline.ca email address. Service Desk can only support CDA/NDT owned computers running Windows 7 or Windows 10 and Google Chrome.
