Not Included:

    • Long-distance
    • Roaming in a foreign country IE USA.
    • Sending of pictures and video via txt/SMS
    • Damage or loss

Billing cycle begins on the 15th of each month.

NOTE: If you are planning to take your device on a business trip outside the country please complete the Service Request to arrange for a travel package to avoid expensive roaming charges.
