The issue: a professional member trying to create a new account and get "Survey expired" message instead if the registration form.

The cause: the 'registration' page points to survey which expiration date has expired.

The solution: 

  1. login into LO, go to Content-> Surveys and navigate to New User Registration survey
  2. Click Edit and then go to p.4 Publish Survey
  3. Update Survey End Date and click Finish
