Types of transaction | Definition |

Gift/donation | A payment that can be applied to different revenue types, such as pledge payment, recurring gift (recurring gift payment), event, or membership. |
Membership | In D-Hub membership type payment is for professional and general members. It is applied towards a new membership or renewal membership fee. |
Planned gifts | Planned gift is created during the donor’s life or after their death. Planned gift payment is created when the planned gift is funded and a payment is received. |
Pledge | Is a promise to make a specific amount donation that can be paid on a single or multiple payments. Pledge payment is added when the payment is actually linked. |
Event registration | Event registration payment is a payment that is applied to a registration fee for an event. |
Recurring | Created when a donor decides to make a donation on a specific interval for a specific gift amount, Monthly donors, sustained monthly donors have this type of payment in their records. |
